Disclaimer:
A series of daily ‘stacks challenging consistent writing habits, influenced by Julia Cameron’s Morning Pages Exercise from The Artist’s Way. These pages are *meant* to be private - fear and loathing in your Papier journal kinda thing. However, I need accountability, so Substack is my resolve.

Have you got colour in your cheeks?
I’m doing the thing I’m supposed to be doing, and yet my anxiety is looming, whispering that I’m not doing the thing I am supposed to be doing. Give it a rest already, brain.
To be or not to be?
Many unanswered questions are floating around my life right now. Some life-changing. Others' frivolous inner workings of my head, some conspiracy theories about myself, all on my behalf. And then the age-old question: why does everything cost so frigging much right now?
🎀 Proceeds to buy herself a little treat 🎀
In tandem with Studio Sonder’s 21 Hard Challenge, I am also tackling ICF-Accredited ACC Coach Tom Jepson’s Mini Mastermind Challenge. Very meta (even more so if you know a thing or two about me).
Day 1 was ironically all about challenges, more so problems. You can catch up here and put yourself to the test, but I strongly recommend adding yourself to Tom’s mailing list for future sprinkles of pure creative magic.
Day 2, technically my Day 3 (ffs this is going to get confusing, welcome to my brain, folks. Strap in), let’s ‘av ya!
Ask yourself 3 questions
Does “what do I want to ask myself?” count? Je-zeus, I am creating nesting dolls out of my thoughts today. 🪆
Okay, focus. Three questions, not answers, posed towards my “challenge” right now.
Question 1:
🧟♀️ What’s your survival strategy if your life went apocalyptic tomorrow?
Question 2:
👏 Will you ever be satisfied?
Question 3:
💫 Three years ago, you defined success as freedom. How do you define success today and why?
All I ask of you
✨ YOUR TURN ✨
🌶️ Get spicy. Be honest. Ask the scary stuff.
You don’t have to be as unhinged as I am and publish this stuff on the internet (my reasoning is I’m going to drop dead one day anyway, and no amount of cringe or public embarrassment will change that).
Besides, I’m already in too deep.
Until we meet again tomorrow, keep taking messy action.
D x
